Who I am
Graduated in Food Science and Technology at the University of Milan and registered in the Order of Food Technologists of the Lombardy and Liguria Regions.
Since 2004 he has been carrying out consultancy activities for agri-food companies in the public and private sector.

The interest in agri-food was born during the studies at the G. Pastori Agricultural Technical Institute of Brescia and continued with the degree course in Food Science and Technology at the University of Milan.
Immediately after graduation, the encounter with the world of consultancy aligned perfectly with my interests and allowed me to embark on the path I am still on with satisfaction.
Path that gives me the opportunity to shape my work with passion while dealing with every aspect related to food safety, enhancement and quality of products and services.
I have experienced with satisfaction that by getting involved, taking advantage of the skills and experience gained (and sometimes a good dose of creativity...) as well as the collaboration of other professionals, it is possible to solve problems that are considered difficult to approach.
Even sanitation management, for example, can represent more than just compliance with regulatory obligations; when it is appropriately calibrated to the specific company reality, it can lead to a range of growth opportunities and increased added value for all those involved.
Finally, the continuous training that I carry out through my Order and that I receive thanks to my personal and professional life experiences, allow me to constantly calibrate my modus operandi so that it adheres to today's changing conditions.

R&D expert, optimization of production processes from raw material to packaging, modification of recipes also functional to nutritional and health claims, validations and shelf-life tests.
Creation, implementation and maintenance of management systems in the field of food safety and quality, product and process certifications, first and second part audits, labeling also with nutritional and health claims.
Assistance to the municipal administrations for the management of the contracts for the school and home meals service (drafting of the tender documents, member of the awarding commission, support to the DEC or covering the role of DEC for the control of the execution of the contract).
Main areas/products covered by the consultancy: HO.RE.CA., collective catering, ready-to-eat gastronomy, pasta and similar products, pre-packed ready-to-eat polenta, coffee, eggs, wines and liqueurs, animal feed, milk and derivatives, bread and bakery products, confectionery products, jams and marmalades, vegan and raw vegan products, fermented vegan products substitute for cheese, fermented lacto , production of sprouts, meat and sausages, ice cream and frozen products.
